Our first sale in the new decade—an unusual triple-header run simultaneously in three adjacent duplexes on Northwest Parkway, east of the Park Cities Baptist Church and across from the Edgemere. Two of the duplexes are packed with elegant 19th century Americana furniture, art and decorative accessories, oriental and other rugs, ladies clothes—many designers and vintage—antique and other mirrors, china, crystal, decorative accessories, books and more. When the owner downsized from a larger home, it took two duplexes (and more) to hold her things!

The third duplex contains French Provincial and other living room furniture, a Hammond spinet organ, glass top table with four iron "farm" chairs, and overflow from the first two duplexes.

The three sales will be run simultaneously, with a cashier and sales staff located in each duplex. We will open all three sales at 9 a.m. To help you decide where to go first, our sale descriptions, and pictures, are organized by duplex—3707, 3705, and 3703. We also have a spectacular 2007 Jaguar Vanden Plas 4-door sedan, with only 24,600 miles, and a vintage 1985 Mercedes 300 D TurboDiesel. Clancy says there has to be something here for everyone!

Please note—the duplexes are all small, so we must control access. If we have rain Saturday morning, line tickets will be handed out at 3705 for orderly access to 3705 and 3707.

2007 Jaguar Vanden Plas 4-door sedan, sea foam green, fully equipped, one owner, only 24,600 miles. As great to drive as it is beautiful to look at! $34,000.

Vintage 1985 Mercedes 300 D TurboDiesel four-door sedan, black with tan interior, also fully equipped, 85,000 miles. $3,000.

Directions:

Northwest Parkway is a narrow street with parking only on one side. Please treat it as a one-way street, approach the sale from Tulane or Baltimore, west of the sale. (Please park headed east only, on south side of street, to avoid a traffic ticket and facilitate traffic flow.)

From Northwest Highway – Turn south onto Thackery one block to Villanova, then right (west) to Baltimore, right again to Northwest Parkway (1 block), and right again to the sale.

From Preston Road – East on Wentwood (or Villanova) to Tulane, left on Tulane to Northwest Parkway, right to sale.

From Hillcrest – West on Wentwood to Baltimore (one block past Thackery), right on Baltimore to Northwest Parkway.
