Parking—no curbs and gutters in Preston Hollow. Please do not block driveways, respect the property of our neighbors and don’t block others!

Gate—Do not drive through gate except for pickups, or if handicapped.

Steps—the front staircase is limestone and curved. Suggest you use the carpeted rear stairs, just past the kitchen. And watch for step ups and downs in the house.

Price/Inventory Control Cards—We must account for all large items in the sale. Please do not pull the price cards—ask an associate to place a red tag on the item you desire.
